Refunds

We always do our best to complete your bookings and orders immediately. In case of any delay, we will keep you informed on your registered email and phone. 

There will be no refund of orders once the order is completed/ delivered.

With that being said, we want you to be happy with every purchase and will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction.

Equalsportz will offer a replacement or a refund in certain circumstances. Refunds in cases we agree to offer one are processed within 3 days and would reach your specific account/ card from which you made the payement, within 7 after that.
